Nadi Plates

Nadi Plates is a family-owned Italian food truck serving scratch-made Italian street food at Zócalo Food Park. Founded in 2022 by owner and executive chef Nadia Santaniello Bucholtz, the concept quickly gained a following for its creative take on classic Italian flavors.

Pronounced “naughty plates,” the menu features favorites like personal pizzas, calzones, and Parmesan truffle fries, all made from Nadia’s original recipes. A first-generation Italian American, Nadia grew up working in her family’s restaurant, where she developed a deep appreciation for traditional Italian cooking and hospitality.

At Zócalo Food Park, Nadi Plates brings bold flavors, family tradition, and a modern take on Italian street food to the community.
